Felicity works advises both private clients and those in the aged care, health, government and not-for-profit sectors. Felicity advises on corporate and clinical governance, funding, regulatory compliance and other commercial matters. Specifically within the health and aged care sectors, this includes assisting with policy and procedure development, drafting agreements and risk management advice. Felicity has assisted health and aged care clients in implementing advance care planning and voluntary assisted dying policies and provided training to staff on best practice within the area. Camille Broadhurst: Camille is an estate planning solicitor based in our Sydney Office. Whilst experienced in all the traditional aspects of estate planning, Camille has also assisted a client looking at international end of life options as part of their advanced care planning and clients who have received a dementia diagnosis to assist them to “get their affairs in order”. Camille has a special interest in how the legal ethical framework can safeguard Australians living with dementia from abuse. Camille has been published on this topic, as well as end of life options, in the Retirement & Estate Planning Bulletin.
